When opposites are combined, completely new flavor combinations are created. The contrast between three crispy, dark cocoa wafers and two layers of light alpine milk cream filling is irresistible. The milk used in the cream, 100% Alpine and NON GMO, comes mostly from small nearby mountain farms. Through our "Cocoa Farming Program”, we improve the living conditions of our cocoa growers.
